These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the Four Winds website, including tickets, passes, gift certificates, merchandise, and donations. By purchasing, you agree to the following terms.

Security Statement

Four Winds uses Ferve Tickets, which meets PCI-DSS credit card security standards and is certified to the ISO27001:2022 security standard.

Neither Four Winds nor Ferve Tickets stores full credit card information at any time. Only secure references to completed card transactions are retained to enable repurchasing or refunds.

Advertised Prices and Fees

• Ticket prices include GST where applicable.
• Ticketing fees and credit card surcharges may apply and are displayed at checkout:
  • Credit Processing Fee: 1.46%–1.75%
  • Debit Processing Fee: 1.05%–1.19%
• All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout.

Your Information and Communications

• You must provide at minimum your full name, email address, and mobile number for delivery of tickets and event access.
• You agree to receive communications from us (via email, SMS, or other means) relating to your purchase, including event updates and status changes.
• If you opt-in to our mailing list, you consent to receive marketing communications, which you may unsubscribe from at any time.

Ticketing Conditions

• By purchasing a ticket, you agree:
• All ticket sales are final. Refunds are not available unless required by law or otherwise stated below.
• Flexipass tickets may be refunded (back into the ticket bundle) up to 24 hours prior to the event (see Refunds below). Flexipasses are valid for calendar year (Jan – Dec) and expire on the final day of their applicable year.
• Tickets may be gifted to another person, managed by yourself.
• Entry may be refused if tickets are damaged, defaced, or not purchased through Four Winds or authorised outlets.
• Concession tickets require valid proof of eligibility; including DVA, Low Income Pension cards, and Student cards. Seniors cards are not accepted for concession tickets.
• A valid printed or digital ticket must be presented for entry.
• Tickets may not be resold.

FlexiPasses

• Passes allow the pre-purchase of tickets for a set number of events. To guarantee entry you must book your ticket using your pass online. Passes may not be valid for some events. Additional fees may apply depending on the event.
• Refer to the pass description for specific entitlements.

Gift Certificates

• Four Winds Experience Certificates are valid for 3 years from purchase.
• They can be redeemed for any Four Winds-presented event (excluding third-party hires).
• Gift certificates are not refundable or redeemable for cash.
• Expired certificates cannot be used.

Merchandise

• Merchandise items sold by us can be collected at the event or as otherwise advised.

Donations

• Four Winds relies on donations to support its artistic and community programs.
• Your donation will be processed through Ferve our ticketing system and security standards apply.
• If you made a donation in error, you may notify Four Winds within 7 days for a full refund of the mistaken donation.

Exchanges and Refunds

• Self-exchanges (if using a Flexipass) may be available up to 24 hours before the event, subject to fees. Once exchanged, original tickets are void.
• Refunds are generally not available, except:
  • As required by law;
  • For Flexipass tickets as described above;
  • If you are unable to attend due to COVID-19 illness or restrictions;
  • If the event is materially changed or postponed;
  • In certain compassionate circumstances (at Four Winds’ discretion).
• Refunds apply to the face value of tickets only. Booking and transaction fees are not refundable.
• Complimentary or free tickets are not refundable or exchangeable.

Cancellations and Weather

• Events proceed in most weather conditions unless deemed unsafe.
• If an event is cancelled:
  • You will receive a refund of the face value of the ticket (excluding booking and transaction fees).
  • Cancelled events will not be rescheduled unless advised.
  • Complimentary tickets are not eligible for refund or exchange.

At the Event

• You agree to follow instructions of event staff.
• If accompanied by minors, you are responsible for their care and conduct.
• Admission may be refused, or patrons ejected, if behaviour poses a risk, nuisance, or annoyance.
• Dangerous items (e.g. flares, fireworks, weapons) are strictly prohibited.
• Adhere to safe driving practices and respect the environment and local wildlife. Dogs, with the exception of registered/service animals, are not permitted on site.
• Alcohol is only permitted at licensed events, by patrons aged 18+. Supplying alcohol to minors is prohibited.
• Events designated 18+ require valid photo ID for all attendees.
• Accessibility is not guaranteed at all venues; contact us prior to booking with requirements. Companion Card holders are eligible for a free companion ticket.

Photography, Privacy and Safety

• By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional use.
• You are responsible for your personal belongings. Four Winds is not liable for theft, loss, or damage unless due to our negligence.
• We respect your privacy. Please see our Privacy Policy for details.

Limitation of Liability

You attend events at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Four Winds and Ferve Tickets are not liable for:

• Personal injury, illness, or death (except where caused by negligence);
• Loss, theft, or damage to property;
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Variations and Force Majeure

• Four Winds reserves the right to vary advertised programs, artists, prices, venues, seating arrangements, and capacity.
• We may cancel or alter events due to weather, safety concerns, or other force majeure events (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, or network outages).

Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time.
