Four Winds will continue to apply NSW Public Health Orders as they relate to ticketing and seating arrangements.
Four Winds is a registered Covid-Safe business.
Due to the current impact of Covid-19 on events and gatherings, Four Winds has protocols in place in relation to the safe running of events. Please review the information below to prepare you for your visit.
conditions of entry
Do not attend any event at Four Winds if you are feeling unwell, have been required to isolate or have any cold or flu-like symptoms. Should you feel unwell, please get tested at your nearest Covid-19 testing clinic.
We understand that you may be concerned about missing an event that you have bought tickets to. Therefore, please inform us ahead of time. We have revised our Terms and Conditions to allow for refund or transfer of ticket/s to take place, where applicable.
We will ask you to sign in with a QR code on the day of your visit. All details are held electronically for 28 days, as required by the Department of NSW Health, should they be requested for contact-tracing. One person can sign in each member of your group, or each member can scan the QR code and sign in individually. Please ensure your phone is enabled to scan QR codes.
We will apply the social distancing restrictions as outlined in the NSW Public Health Orders (PHO) – these may be changed at short notice so please follow directions on the day. We appreciate your understanding in this ever-changing environment.
Please follow 1.5m social distancing protocol during your visit.
As per NSW PHO regulations from 26 June 2021, masks must be worn in all indoor non-residential venues. This includes all our offices, performance and rehearsal venues.
There will be hand-sanitizers provided throughout the venue, as well as hand-wash facilities at the toilets.
We will have our Box Office open at the Windsong Pavilion, where our staff and volunteers will check your pre-purchased tickets. Our volunteers and staff will do their best to assist you at your visit. Please follow all written and verbal instructions.
We are opening the doors to the Windsong Pavilion 30 minutes prior to event starting. Therefore, avoid arriving too early, and make your way directly to your seat/s when you enter the Pavilion. Avoid crowding and gathering in groups outside to maintain 1.5m social distancing.
Seating will be spaced out and allocated to each ticket holder. If you are attending the event as part of a social group, you will be permitted to sit next to each other in a ‘social bubble’, as per your booking.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, our live performances may have limited capacity and bookings are required. Please book ahead to avoid disappointment. We will not be able to accommodate bookings beyond a certain number as our venue capacity is capped to allow for social distancing.
Please note that currently, our capacity limit is at 50%.
We will endeavour to provide two performances of a production, where possible, to allow for more people to enjoy these events. Some of these performances will be recorded and filmed. We will provide details of this in the event description, and ticket prices will be reduced for these ‘digital first’ events.
