Radical Son
Considered one of Australia’s most revered voices, Radical Son is the creative moniker of David Leha, a highly skilled artist, renowned for his magnetic performances and spell binding vocals. His music blends soul and a deep connection to Country, drawing power from a turbulent past. His new album Bilambiyal is a stirring collection of songs that speak to resilience, identity and cultural strength. Radical Son is from the Kamilaroi nation of Australia and the South Pacific nation of Tonga.
Radical Son is a highly skilled concert artist with multiple classical ensemble performances and high-profile collaborations including as a main cast member of The Rabbits, the award-winning 2015 opera production with music by Kate Miller-Heidke. He has enjoyed standing ovations on stages across the country including Bluesfest, WOMADelaide and Sydney Festival, and performed a show-stopping cover of his mentor, the late Archie Roach’s Walking into Doors.
Marcus Longfoot
Marcus Longfoot, Radical Son’s musical director and keyboard player, achieved distinction in music performance and theory by age 17. He later established a recording studio at his college, sparking a career in music production and performance. In 2006, he launched Full Circle Audio, a niche sound design company, and has since collaborated with many artists, including Radical Son, on their 2024 ARIA-nominated project. Marcus has created sound designs for festivals and brand releases worldwide, performed at major Australian music festivals – including the 2025 World Music Expo in Osaka, Japan – and his work has featured on hundreds of broadcast programs globally, from audiobooks and podcasts to television content, showcasing his expertise in sound design, music composition, and audio post-production.
Victor Jesus Sydesntricker
Victor Jesus Sydesntricker, a musician from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, began learning guitar at 11 and started performing professionally at 17, playing with various groups at iconic venues and festivals. After completing a degree in Music Performance, he moved to Australia in 2018, where he has worked with local and international artists, touring cities nationwide. Now based in Sydney, Victor has performed at renowned venues such as the Sydney Opera House, festivals including the National Folk Festival and the African Music and Culture Festival, and, most recently, at the 2025 World Expo in Osaka, Japan.
