Four Winds takes great pride in supporting our amazing talented local vendors and traders to provide our audience a superior gastronomic experience over the weekend. This year we are pleased to have the following offerings on site:

Sapphire Coast Eats

15 April 3.00 – 7.00PM

Extra-large slices of wood fired pizza with four delicious toppings – margarita, spinach mushroom feta, Hawaiian and chilli pepperoni. The team will be busy cooking your pizzas to perfection so are unable to make changes to topping choices – a gluten free base will be available as a whole pizza only.

Cool Catering

Lona and Caro of Cool Catering based out of Tathra will be serving their ever popular roti wraps with beef, chicken and vegetarian options to choose from.

Ragino Coffee

Serving Four Wind Festival goers since 2016, enjoy freshly roasted coffee by Gary and Chris Ragino as well as their own ‘Matcha Chai’ and creamy hot chocolate.

Banjo’s Oysters

Serving delicious local oyster and seafood platters.

Mr Hope Espresso

16 + 17 April 4.00 – 7.00PM

Mr Hope will be serving their fabulous vegetarian pidés along with gluten free and vegan dinner options that will nourish you across the afternoon and into the evening at The Sapphire Lounge.

Valiant Coffee

16 + 17 April 9.00AM – 4.00PM

A 1969 York Caravan rescued from 2020 fires recently returns as a Vintage Coffee Van bringing top quality Valiant 66 Blend Coffee, ‘7 Spice Chai’ and ‘Noir’ dark Hot Choc, as served to locals in Cobargo since 2020.

Four Winds Food and Beverage Marquee

Our Four Winds food and beverage marquee will be serving a variety of hot and cold drinks as well as a range of wellness bowls and quiches by Eastwood Deli including their pear drizzle cake, apple streudel and jewish plum cake. Honour Bread will have their scrumptious hot cross buns to go with your tea as well as 3 types of biscuits to indulge in- salted chocolate, polenta and museli.


If you are joining us in the Sapphire Lounge for Conversations with Artists (Fri & Sat) or Stars of the Sapphire Lounge (Sat & Sun), grab a drink at the Sapphire Lounge bar before you take your seat. We will be offering beer, wine, sparkling and non-alcoholic options. This year we will have our very own Four Winds Cocktail; a wonderful blend of local botanicals and sparkling wine with a lovely surprise element!

Do you want to take the hassle out of preparation for your picnic lunch?
Or take your Festival experience to another gastronomic level?

For Festival 2022 Four Winds is offering a pre-purchased, three course gourmet hamper on Saturday 16th & Sunday 17th April. Filled with a selection of sumptuous dishes made by Kelly Eastwood, all hampers are gluten free using fresh ingredients and produced locally. Kelly had 14 years experience working as a Private Chef, then as a TV producer for many of our favourite foodie shows. Now we are lucky enough to have her in Bermagui with her own business Eastwood’s Deli and Cooking School; offering cooking lessons, pop-up dinners and private catering for events, with the opportunity to have her catering for your Four Winds Festival 2022 picnic luncheon!

With an entrée, main and a sweet treat to finish, you will be replete and ready to lie back and enjoy the rest of your day focusing on music in nature.

The hampers will include:

Savoury Entrée (eg antipasto)

Chargrilled Vegetables with a Smokey Red Lentil and Eggplant Dip

Savoury Main

GF Pasta with Grilled Chicken, Whipped Feta, Cashew Pesto and Blistered Cherry Tomatoes


Sweet Potato Noodles with Soy glazed Shitake, Enoki Mushrooms, Edamame, and Chargrilled Broccolini

Something Sweet (small)

Guilt Free Sweet Potato Brownie (GF)

For vegan options, or for those with nut, lactose, or other allergies, items will be available for sale in the Four Winds food tent on the day.

Festival hampers are $55.00 per hamper for one.
Place your orders by COB Friday 8th April to secure your scrumptious lunch.

You will be able to collect your Hampers from 11.15AM on the day you have ordered for – from the Four Winds marquee near the main entry point.

We will provide a disposable serviette and cutlery, as well as salt & pepper sachets – so you won’t need anything except your appetite!
